设备主要用于方型锂离子动力电池电芯的Z字形叠片，叠片效率1秒/片。
工艺流程：正负极机械手通过吸盘分别将极片从料盒中取出，经预定位机构精◤确定位后叠放在叠片平台上；隔膜主动放卷，经过张力控制机构，引入叠片台；叠片台带动隔膜前后往复移∞动，以①放置极片；叠片完成后，通过机械手转移，隔膜热切断【，自动贴胶；贴完胶的电芯自动转入出料位置。
The equipment is mainly used for Z-shaped lamination of square lithium-ion power
battery cells, lamination efficiency of 1 second/piece.
Process flow: the anode and cathode manipulators take the anode pieces out of the
material box by suction cups respectively, and place them on the laminated platform
after precise positioning by the pre-positioning mechanism; The diaphragm is actively
uncoiling and introduced into the laminating table through the tension control
mechanism; The laminating table drives the diaphragm to move backwards and
forwards to place the pole plate; After the lamination is completed, transfer through
the manipulator, the diaphragm is broken, and automatic gluing; The glued cell is
automatically transferred to the discharge position.
